SHIPPING POLICY: We offer $9 FLAT RATE shipping. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. However, our skincare products are made to order, so please be patient if delays occur. All of our orders are shipped using USPS or UPS and you will receive tracking numbers as they become available.
RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. If a ceramic piece arrives damaged please contact us with 3 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement as soon as possible. This process can take up to 8 weeks. Due to the delicate nature of our skincare products, we do not accept any returns. If any issues should arise with product quality we only accept exchanges for products purchased at www.ooliva.com.
